Airports, including JFK, San Diego, Vancouver, Ottawa and more are using a software package for monitoring key equipment for problems. System provides information back to maintenance crews.

OEM PLC program written for an Airport OEM. Program written so that it can be used under a variety of configurations with out the need the need of a special program for each unique instance

A pit monitoring program developed for use by pumpers. Allows for a monitored, paperless system for reporting state of water pits. Used to meet state reporting requirements.

Wrote OEM PLC Program for controlling a Liquid Ring. New control system saved more then 50% in costs and provided more intelligent control.

Developed a temperature monitoring and alarm system for a critical - temperature controlled warehouse. System also needed to provide documentation to the warehouse customers that their product was maintained at the proper temperature and humidity. System designed with multiple redundancies.

Used at many locations through out the US. Alarm Notification.

Developed an OEM PLC program for an unique Continuously Variable Transmission. The CVT is to be used in many and varied applications. The control system needed to be flexible enough to under these different senario The PLC included logging to assist with R&D.

Using basic Wonderware System, integrated standard SQL Server then created dataviewer and report program that can be used from multiple location and multiple users. Reports used for state and federal reporting requirements.

Multiple locations throughout the US. Collecting production data from gas wells. Wells number from less then 10 to over 2500, One pumper to over 50. Data available to entire company for both production use and reporting. Users can access data via desktop, tablet and phone. Larger systems have multiple fields in multiple states with data with data aggregated for the main office.
